Challenge
Based on R.H. Technologies' system availability of 7x24x365 and an IT environment that included ERP and Oracle applications, the company sought after a solution to best solve their load problems and improve system performance and efficiency. R.H.'s Oracle ERP and manufacturing system experienced heavy load and slow response times that lowered productivity, resulting in penalties paid to R.H. customers.
